Cougs Abroad: Tracking the Crimson and Gray in the Pros
Six Cougs made NFL rosters out of training camp. That number is not a headline anywhere else, but it is the truth. Jaylen Watson started at cornerback for the Chiefs in Week 1. Abraham Lucas is on the PUP list and nobody in Seattle has forgotten what he does when he is healthy. The rest of the crew, Gardner Minshew, Renard Bell, Andre Dillard, and Liam Ryan, are out there carrying the flag, even if the national shows skip the Palouse part of the story.
This is what we track. Not the draft hype from three years ago. Not the combine numbers. Who is playing, who is blocking, who is throwing, and who is rehabbing. That is the real Cougar scouting report.
If you want to dig deeper into the Sunday action, we already put together *Wazzu's NFL Week 2 Report: Which Cougs Showed Up*. It breaks down snaps, catches, and who got their lunch paid for. Pair that with the pro tracking here and you have the full picture.
The Cougs are out there. We are watching. You should be too.
Go Cougs.
