BECU's Cougar pod brings Josh Graetz and Wayne Phipps to the mic
Josh Graetz and Wayne Phipps are getting behind the mic for BECU's Cougar pod, and that is good news for anyone who misses the sound of Pullman. Graetz has been around the program long enough to know where the bodies are buried. Phipps brings the kind of energy that makes you want to roll down the windows on Stadium Way. This is not a polished, corporate broadcast. It is two Cougs talking Coug stuff, and that is exactly what we need more of.
BECU stepping in to sponsor this makes sense. They have been good to Washington State. Now they are giving us a reason to plug in the aux cord during the drive to work.
If you are already in a Cougar sports mood, you should go read "Citowicki and Dvorak break down a Cougar win over Seattle U." It fits right alongside this pod. Same team, same season, just a different way to hear about it.
We do not need to oversell this. A Cougar podcast with real Cougar voices? That is enough. Go Cougs.
