I’ve received Sixt invoice, return form stating no damages and even received my deposit. Can they still send me false damage claims?

I’ve read it online that Sixt charges false damage claims after returning the car. I had a scratch on the car when I picked it up. I took pictures and videos and even informed them over email as there we no employee in the delivery area and their office was 15 mins walking from the basement. I have returned the car and have received Sixt invoice, return form stating no damages and even received my deposit. but I’ve read too much online about Sixt and their false claims later on. Can they send me claims after closing my return and releasing the deposit?
