Please help!

Our girls are really bald. Its gotten bad and I don't know why? They are all acting totally normal and laying eggs daily but they look terrible. We've deep cleaned their coop multiple times and checked the girls for mitts but we don't see anything.

Could it be a bad pecking order or nutrients (eating 20% protein feed) or mits that I can't see?

We have 9 chickens and this has been going on for a long time.
