Affordable shampoo & conditioner for fine hair
I have fine hair that is usually pretty flat. Whats a good quality shampoo and conditioner that isnt gonna break the bank? I want something thats good for my hair and gives it volume if possible. My hair gets oily pretty quickly so I wash it every second day. Max like $25 per bottle. Thanks!
