First date outfit?

Edit: thanks everyone! I’ll wear the first outfit with a more fitted or cropped top. And if the weather is bad, I’ll go for the 2nd option with different shoes.

I need some advice regarding my first date outfit.

Outfit 1: I’ll change to white socks. My question here is if the t-shirt fits with the skirt? I feel like it looks kind of off but can’t put my finger on it :/

Outfit 2: More casual, but I feel like it’s “too heavy” for a cafe/lunch date?
