(16M) My nails look like absolute shit, they're crocked, and there are often little pieces of skin that are white and/or are like half severed off. If I try to rip them away they are painful and bleed cause the skin piece gets longer and deeper the more I rip it away. And I can't cut it too.help pls

Note: I don't mind looking a bit feminine, I just want them to look good
