Japan evisa

hello guys, has anyone applied for Japan evisa from the uk as a student under 18?

i'm 17 and studying in the uk, and i'm planning to go to Japan with my mom in June when i return to my country for the summer holidays. but i have some difficulties preparing the documents.

-they require a parental consent letter because i'm under 18. ive read some where that i need a letter signed by my non-travelling parent and it has to be notarized. is notarization mandatory? like i just dont really want to ask my dad for it

-about the bank statement, i'm using my mom's. and her bank account lots of transactions so the file size exceeds 2MB. ive try everything but it's too big. the only one i managed to compress to 1.5MB is way too blurry. i can still read the number if i look carefully but i just dont think they gonna accept that. what should i do now?

-also, does a low closing balance affect the result if she has big amount in saving? she runs a small business so there're frequent transfers. the closing balance was around 17,000,000 VND which is nearly 500 pounds, but her saving account has about 41k pounds. would that be a problem???

pls help guys this is stressing me out so badly 😭😭
