I Didn’t Expect This at My First Pop-Up

| Everytime when we did a pop up, I didn’t expect this part to stay with me everytime. People didn’t rush the way they do online. They actually picked up the bags, felt the fabric, checked the stitching, tried them on, looked at themselves for a second… and just paused. Some smiled, some asked questions, some didn’t say anything at all. But you could tell they were experiencing it, not just looking at it. Made me realize that all the time we spend designing and reworking things doesn’t really feel real until someone connects with it like that. Not when it sells, not when it does well online just that quiet moment when someone holds it and gets it. Anyone else felt this selling offline? [link] [comments] |
