Making range of numbers searchable

My organization uses Excel as a database to track seal numbers (6-10 numerical digits). Often, seal numbers are inputted dozens at a time (ie seals 000001-0000045).

The issue becomes, when someone then wants to locate a specific seal number, and uses the search number, a seal in the middle of the range would not be found (ie seal 0000033).

Is the only solution to type each seal number out individually? I haven’t been able to locate any other viable solution.

Tia.
